MDRT is the dream of every life insurance marketer world wide. MDRT is not merely a certain amount of commission for that year; it has got much deeper meaning for life. It means global recognition. It also means entry into a world class professional organization. It also means a personal victory.
Our agents/advisors have within them all that it takes to ecome a MDRT qualifier. What is now required is to provide them with a system, an in-depth learning on handling customers of high value, the prnciples of life insurance in relation with the other investment and savings instruments available in indian market, some polishing of the communication skills in relation to the present days knowledge society and methods of keeping themselves always in the resourceful state of mind.
The six sessions to be conducted by GOPAST intend to provide exactly the above mentioned support. The broad overview of the syllabus is given hereunder. All the topics listed will be dealt in detail, but not necessarily in the same sequence. The training will be involving class room lectures, group studies / discussions and games enhancing understanding of the technical subjects.
In the last 3 years we have so far conducted 24 batches of MDRT traning in various places benefiting over 1100 participants
This course is not intended to make a one time MDRT whereas the sessions are designed to bring about a continuous champion of MDRT year after year of the participant.
