Priya Gopinath isn't just an English teacher, she's a language architect, building bridges of communication. Her lifelong love with the English language started young, excelling in her studies and igniting a passion to share that gift with others.
Her vision extended far beyond classrooms. Recognizing the need for clear and confident communication in the professional sphere, she took her expertise into the dynamic world of Linguistics. She completed her Master's in Applied Linguistics and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Her thesis investigated language anxiety, the predominant cause behind communication breakdowns among adults. She used this as a stepping stone to help numerous working professionals overcome language barriers.
At Go-Past Centre, she was more than a Board Member, she was an innovator. Partnering with Manoj Sharath, they saw a gap in the insurance industry - a need for clear, concise communication. Their answer? The groundbreaking EFL curriculum - "Speak Up", a testament to Priya's ability to identify needs and craft solutions that empower individuals. The course consisted of 100 hours of teaching and expanded to another city.
