Objective of the course:

To gain tools for the transformation of an individual into becoming an enterprise, in tune with the market expectations, so as to emerge as leading lights in the financial services industry.

1. Penetrating the Insurance Market.

   We might be working hard in the market, but may not be producing adequate results. This happens with most of the people when they lack correct strategies to reach out to the customers. Life insurance plans have some unique features and benefits which no other class of asset can offer to the client. Life insurance solutions alone can solve some of the problems which humankind is facing in the modern world. Champions first diagnose and then prescribe correct solutions.

2. Fundamental aspects of Financial planning and wealth management.

   People have to make a choice of investments in financial instruments to reach their goals safely. But normally people select products that are supposed to be giving higher returns on investments. As an advisor in this market we need to have a good sense of financial planning and wealth management aspects to advise the client properly and also to face objections that quite often get raised in our sales discussions. Champions know their field before the match starts.

3. Programing our life.

   We are constantly and continuously programing ourselves. Many times other are writing programs and loading into our life system. We are by default acting according to those programs. Some of these programs are viruses while other are useful softwares. We can program our lives the way we want to. If we do not do that we will feel like a victim of the life and circumstances. Let us write and install programs for success in life and uninstall programs of failure from our life. Champions write their programs that make them win every time.

4. Designing our path to progress.

   Many times we are drifting, not progressing. The shocking part of this is that we do not even now that we are drifting till it is quite too late. We need to therefore design a path that is likely to take us where we want to. Being sensitive to the signals that we receive on our path and becoming flexible along the way is the virtue of Champions.

5. Building capacity to achieve.

   We need to acquire the tools required to drive our progress well. Imagine using a screw-driver to dig a well. How taxing that could be? So to work in this industry we need tools in terms of knowledge, skills, infra-structure.Champions develop huge capacity to produce great results.

6. Developing an enterprise:

   When an individual grows big he becomes an organisation. But many times this organisation in insurance industry is just like a home office. We need to have a structure, a system and appropriate strategies to make this into a business enterprise. The spirit of an entrepreneur when supported with a good structure becomes an enterprise.

Ten full day sessions commencing from January 2013 discussing the five topics listed above towards the objectives specified, will be having a mixture of both serious learning and fun learning methods. The inputs that we have already familiarised in our earlier courses but not adequately/aggressively practiced will be repeatedly visited. The new challenges that have now grown before us and those challenges that we can now predict based on the current trends will be lined up for discussions. Using Laptops for developing mathematical models for presentation to clients will be integral part of the course.

ALL PARTICPANTS MUST BRING THEIR LAPTOPS EVERY SESSION TO WORK ON EXCEL SPREAD SHEETS, POWER POINTS FOR THE EXERCISES THAT WILL BE GIVEN DURING THE WORKSHOP.

THOSE WHO CAN NOT JOIN AT 9.30 AM FOR THE DAY, MAY NOT GET TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DAY'S PROCEEDINGS, UNLESS PERMITTED EARLIER DUE TO SOME PRESSING EMERGENCIES.
